Open box, they have light rubbing and a few scratches on them from being packaged together with no lining in between. They show no wear from use and nothing around screw holes. Come with 48 of each screw you see pictured. These are 5.5" x 3.6" x 2.8" inner dimensions. Steel is around 2 mm thick. These are well-reviewed online and appear to be well made. Powder coated black. Might be good for a swing set. They look like they can hold a 4x6 just fine but would be too wide for 2 2x6 boards together. It has the instructions included, but they're not much help... you'd be better off watching YouTube to see how to hang them if you don't know how.
